Were on the hunt for a dynamic Associate to join renowned real estate practice in Boston. In this role youll support sophisticated clients in complex real estate transactions including acquisition disposition leasing and financing.
Youll provide efficient legal service both independently and as part of a collaborative team integrating seamlessly into our national real estate practice.
Your Mission :
- Support clients in acquisition disposition leasing and financing transactions.
- Provide efficient legal service independently and as part of a team.
- Quickly integrate into companies national real estate practice and uphold the highest standards of client service.
- Dedicate yourself to professional development consistent with this ontrack position.
What You Bring :
- JD or LLM from an ABAaccredited law school.
- Admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts.
- 3 years of commercial real estate experience representing sophisticated owners and operators.
- Familiarity with transaction life cycles and ability to review loan documents leases and purchase agreements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professionalism in client and investor interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings.
