Job Title : Test Technician
Job Description
Building large data center power systems. Periodically reviews all process specifications to determine if they accurately reflect the process requirements and test techniques.
Updates the specifications as required.
Responsibilities
- Support production team by following test instructions provided by test engineer.
- Assist with the fabrication and development of new equipment, fixtures, and test programs.
- Interpret test instructions to production operators and ensure they are implemented correctly.
- Coordinate manufacturing, maintenance, and engineering preventive maintenance activities.
- Execute final assembly and debug procedures to eliminate waste.
- Work closely with test engineers and production engineers for technical expertise.
- Assist Industrial Engineering with all equipment moves or line rearrangements.
Essential Skills
- Experience with high voltage, high power (HVHP 480 VAC 3 phases)
- Electrical manufacturing experience with product debug and final assembly
- Hands-on production skills including testing and debugging
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills, interfacing with customer and engineering team
- Team player willing to collaborate with others
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of experience
- High voltage power, high voltage, electronics, troubleshooting, test equipment, hardware testing
- Experience in testing and debugging, reading schematics, electrical, mechanical

Work Environment
Electronic manufacturing environment with ESD straps. Day shift from 6 : 00am-2 : 30pm and swing shift from 2 : 30pm-11 : 00pm.
