Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de SEO Pleno com sólida experiência em estratégias orgânicas (SEO) e conhecimento em SEM (Search Engine Marketing), para compor o time da FEBACAPITAL.

Você será responsável por estruturar e executar ações de SEO técnico, de conteúdo e de autoridade, apoiando diretamente iniciativas de performance e trabalhando em parceria com o time de copywriting para a criação de pautas estratégicas, baseadas em dados e em comportamento de busca.Buscamos alguém atento às tendências de IA aplicadas ao marketing digital, que veja nas ferramentas de inteligência artificial uma forma de automatizar, escalar e testar hipóteses com mais agilidade e inteligência.

Responsabilidades

  • Planejar, implementar e otimizar ações de SEO técnico, on-page e off-page com foco em performance;
  • Conduzir auditorias técnicas regulares, priorizando pontos de melhoria (CWV, rastreamento, indexação, etc.);
  • Estruturar a arquitetura de sites, com foco em escalabilidade, clusters semânticos e estratégia de interlinking;
  • Criar e monitorar dashboards e relatórios em GSC, GA4, SEMrush e Looker Studio;
  • Desenvolver estratégias para posicionamento de conteúdos em featured snippets, People Also Ask, Google Discover, etc;
  • Monitorar o desempenho de palavras-chave prioritárias e acompanhar a movimentação de concorrentes nas SERPs.
  • Apoiar o time de conteúdo / copywriting na construção e refinamento de pautas, alinhadas com gaps de palavras-chave, tendências de busca, seasonality e comportamento do usuário;
  • Garantir o alinhamento entre estratégia de conteúdo e guidelines de SEO (densidade, EEAT, search intent, heading structure, etc.);
  • Sugerir formatos escaláveis como páginas locais, comparativos, ferramentas, guias sazonais, FAQs e landing pages comerciais;
  • Orientar a adoção de ferramentas de IA para acelerar processos como geração de briefs, brainstorming de pautas, otimização semântica e validação de conteúdo.
  • Apoiar campanhas de mídia paga (Google Ads e Bing Ads) com inteligência de palavras-chave, análise de concorrência e sugestões de landing pages;
  • Gerar sinergia entre SEO e SEM para evitar canibalizações e identificar oportunidades em todas as fases do funil;
  • Utilizar dados do orgânico para reforçar decisões em mídia paga (como termos de pesquisa negativos, exclusões geográficas ou novas campanhas);
  • Contribuir com estruturas de experimentação e testes A / B entre SEO / SEM para canais híbridos.

Requisitos

  • Experiência comprovada de 3+ anos com SEO em ambientes de alta competitividade e volume;
  • Profundo conhecimento em ferramentas como : Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, PageSpeed Insights, etc;
  • Conhecimento prático em campanhas de Google Ads (principalmente rede de pesquisa);
  • Vivência com sistemas de CMS (WordPress, Webflow, Contentful) e / ou e-commerce (Shopify, VTEX, etc.);
  • Facilidade para colaborar com múltiplos times (conteúdo, mídia, produto, dev);
  • Raciocínio analítico apurado, pensamento orientado a dados e forte senso de ownership.

  • Inglês avançado;
  • Certificações em Google Ads, GA4, SEO ou outras plataformas relevantes;
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas de IA para automação e escala de SEO e conteúdo;
  • Familiaridade com automatizações via N8N, Python, Google Apps Script ou BigQuery;
  • Experiência com SEO local, clusters de landing pages por cidade / região ou projetos multi-língue / domínio;
  • Cases relevantes com crescimento orgânico em marketplaces, SaaS ou portais de conteúdo;
  • Experiência em ambientes de growth, squads ágeis ou contextos de experimentação acelerada.
