We are an established 40-year company specializing in Travel & Leisure products to Hotels, Resorts, Airports and Attractions looking for a dedicated energetic Customer Service account manager.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide high level of Service for New and existing customers
- Data entry
- Responding to customers needs. Requirements :

- 3+ years customer service
- HUNGRY & PASSIONATE TO GROW
- Bilingual is a plus
- High level of Professionalism, Motivation, Initiative
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- SAP software experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior organization and time management abilities
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced work environment
- Detail oriented and professional demeanor
- Positive energy, can-do attitude, and team player
- Able to work 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday on location in Pompano Beach
- Resourceful, adaptable and strong willingness to learn
- Must be able work independently and take directions well
Compensation :
$20 per hour starting salary
