Restaurant General Manager Requirements / Responsibilities :

• 3 years as a Restaurant General Manager
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team, foster a collaborative environment
• Exceed guest expectations, and ensure a positive guest experience
• Drive sales, maximize profitability, thrive in fast-paced settings
• Efficiently identify and solve challenges, focus on solutions
