Learn more at experianplc.comAs a Group Product Manager, you will own the client-facing aspect of our digital and offline identity graphs and be a leader within the product management team focused on the evolution of the advertising industry's leading identity platform.

You will be an important contributor to the team that establishes and executes the product strategy across Experian's identity products.

You will report to the Senior Director of Product Management.What you'll be doing+ Enable the Go-To-Market Strategy of Experian's digital and offline identity graphs and related graph-enabled products+ Guide strategy and commercial roadmap for Experian's graphs and related graph-enabled products+ Use your expertise in advertising and marketing technology to lead the latest, scalable, best-in-class solutions for the changing industry dynamics and challenges+ Embedded with clients to understand the uses, challenges, and needs of Experian's graphs and demonstrate a solution-oriented approach to solving client needs+ Weigh and justify product development between short-term needs for feature support and long-term strategic direction+ Collaborate with Experian product teams to guide new feature development and enhancements to meet market needs+ Collaborate with the Experian Marketing team to launch new products and features and amplify their positioning in the market+ Interpret changing industry demands to define appropriate product alignment and prioritization+ Conduct detailed customer development to validate hypotheses and influence strategic product roadmap decisions+ Establish clear goals and develop KPIs to indicate the progress towards those goals for the business+ Partner with the leadership team to establish and track quarterly OKRs and communicate progress on regular commercial roadmap reviews+ Engage with Experian sales teams and clients where Product leadership is required to convey product capabilities and determine ideal solutions that fit their needsWhat your background looks like+ 10+ years' experience within the ad-tech and / or mar-tech industry+ 5+ years' experience in a product management role at an ad-tech and / or SaaS company+ Experience with iterative product development (Agile) : delivering value to customers early while still working towards a broader strategic vision+ Proven ability to simplify complex problems into a compelling narrative with a natural ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms+ Ability to educate both internal and external stakeholders on new concepts+ A successful track record of shipping and iterating upon an ad-tech product to drive revenue growth and increased client retention+ Active engagement within the ad-tech industry, including working experience with IAB, NAI, DAA, Prebid, or other standards-setting groups+ The ability to understand technology that the market uses relative to identity across multiple sectors such as demand-side, supply-side, publishers, connected TV, and advertisers+ Proficient in the development of competitive assessments and positioning, product planning and roadmap definition, sales training, and presentationsPerks+ 20 days of vacation accrued annually, five sick days, and two volunteer days (plus twelve paid holidays)+ Great compensation package and comprehensive benefits package, with a bonus target of 20%+ This role can be 100% remote long-term, or you can work out of one of our offices+ People-focused culture where personal and professional growth is prioritized+ Recognition and celebration of performance and achievements+ Power to bring your whole self to work where your differences and values will be respected and celebrated+ Employee Resource Groups are set up and run by employees for employees.
