What You Will Be Doing

• Commanding the national facilities operation : executing new builds, major upgrades, and sustainable systems across 25–30 campuses
• Leading and scaling a comprehensive team (SVP + VPs + staff) with full P&L authority over the facilities pillar
• Establishing and enforcing standardized systems for procurement, security, furniture, networking, and signage
• Developing AI-first playbooks that systematically eliminate friction and accelerate expansion cycles
• Reporting directly to the founder while coordinating across departments to meet non-negotiable launch deadlines

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $400 USD / hour, which equates to $800,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
