Position : HEAD OF SALES -AMERICA'S

Location-Palo Alto, CA, or New York City

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as the Head of Sales, Americas, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and growing our Americas Sales team, driving bookings, revenue and strengthening client relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed bookings and revenue targets.
  • Lead and inspire a hard-working sales team (comprised of Senior Sales staff, Account Managers and Technical Account Managers) to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Implement effective sales processes, tools, and training programs to enhance team productivity and performance.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in the FX markets (ideally).
  • Bachelor’s degree- business administration, finance, communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in selling complex SaaS technology solutions to financial services.
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales leadership, with a successful track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Outstanding leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strategic problem solver with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented attitude with a focus on driving business growth.

Base Salary $225-$240K + Commissions OTE- $450K-$480K
