YOUR LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE - SALES MANAGER
As a Customer Service - Sales Manager, you play an essential role in keeping our hospitality business growing! Much of your day is spent prospecting for new business in order to increase sales.
You actively assess accounts, look at leads, and respond to leads. With a dedication to providing exceptional customer service, you also develop and maintain client relationships with a base of local and national accounts.
You assist the director of sales with developing a yearly marketing plan. With attention to detail, you maintain accurate records of marketing activities and results.
When needed, you represent our hotel to local communities. You love setting and reaching goals, which is why you're perfect for this job!

One year or more of hotel experience
