The Role

We're looking for a hardworking Senior Product Designer to partner with our team across a wide range of projects that will help grow our company and cement our brand as a leader in the space.

As a Senior Product Designer you will own product and design initiatives from end to end. You'll help raise the bar for creativity and craft meaningful brand experiences that are engaging, thoughtful and reflect TruckSmarter's values as a human-centered technology company.

What Excites Us

• 5+ years experience as a user experience designer or similar design role.
• Proficient in Figma (or similar tool such as Sketch. We use Figma exclusively at TruckSmarter).
• Practice empathy, and understand how your designs will impact users.
• A problem solver who loves a challenge.
• Don't hold your biases too closely and understand when to compromise.
• Works well in a collaborative environment, and are willing to show your work frequently.
• Bonus points if you understand how your work will translate into code and how your design decisions affect engineering.
• Additional bonus points if you can code and aid in smaller, front-end development efforts.

Compensation Range : $170K - $200K
