Our managed service client is hiring a remote Tier III Consultant in SAP Employee Central (EC) / AMS Systems to support their team in Addison, TX.

Responsibilities :

• Provide Tier 3 functional support for Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, EC Time, Benefits, and Reporting, resolving issues escalated from lower-tier support.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of system issues.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy system changes and enhancements in alignment with client requirements.
