We are looking for an experienced agent to help mentor new and seasoned agents. We provide agents and in-school leads to the coaching program.
This is a great way to grow your real estate team alongside the coaching program. Give agents the opportunity to gain industry experience by letting them help you grow your team.

Compensation :
$80,000 - $120,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities :
- Coach and teach contracts
- Teach database and COI marketing
- CRM training
- Coaching appointments
- Weekly accountability with agents
- Help negotiate contracts
- Individual Sales
- Grow a team
Qualifications :
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Real estate sales experience
- 10+ completed transactions
- Team player
- Coachable and trainable
- Attend ongoing trainings and events
