Mortgage Loan Processor
Loan Processor Position Summary :
At Boston Trust, our in-house Loan Processor will work directly with our Loan Officers and act as the primary facilitator between Sales, Title, Insurance, Funding, and Borrowers.
This position requires timely communication with the borrowers and working directly with the Sales and Management team. The Mortgage Loan Processor will process mortgage loans for investment properties.
Loan Processor Responsibilities :
- Collect all necessary documents and conditions through final approval.
- Order, appraisal, title, environmental reports, and insurance binders
- Will work directly with the Loan Officers - Prepare the required materials, delivering all the necessary materials according to company policies, procedures, and
- Acts as the primary contact between the following departments, ensuring a swift process : Management, Sales, Title, Insurance, Funding, Borrowers, and Closing.
- Accountable for all loan files once they are received from Loan Officers.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
