Qualifications of theLicensedPractical Nurse(LPN) :

• Must have goodstanding license (LPN) in the state in which the clinician willpractice
• Current CPRcertification
• Must be willing to provide inhome nursing care to infants children andadolescents

Responsibilitiesof the LicensedPractical Nurse(LPN) :

• One to onepatient care in a home environment
• ofphysicians prescribed plan of care and compliant documentation ofcare provided in system ofrecord
• Administration of prescribed medicationtreatments and therapies
• Patient assessmentscoordination of care
• Health promotion teachingand training of familymembers
