Michigan Mechanical Ventures is a fast growing contractor in Southeast Michigan looking to add an experienced and driven Plumbing Project Manager to our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing commercial plumbing projects from start to finish. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Planning & Execution : Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Provide regular updates and address any concerns.
• Financial Management : Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and manage billing to ensure profitability.
• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor project teams, including field plumbers and other staff.
• Subcontractor & Supplier Coordination : Source, negotiate with, and manage subcontractors and material suppliers.
• Quality & Safety Assurance : Enforce strict quality control standards and maintain a safe work environment in compliance with all regulations.
• Problem-Solving : Proactively identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
