Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities Include :
- Provide quality care to residents under the direction of registered nurses and physicians
- Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols
- Monitor residents' vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with resident assessments and care planning
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents
Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications :
- LPN in NJ
- LTC / SNF experience preferred
