Job Description : Position Summary :
- Contributes to the Q&A job family in a support capacity. Under direct supervision, carries out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet organizational standards and end-user requirements. Assists in the testing of software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects.
- Performs scripted, routine, and standardized testing procedures. Completes output (documents, analyses, product) in specific work area to appropriate time and quality targets.
- Works under own initiative, prioritizes own work, and meets agreed timescales. Work is subject to frequent review by more experienced professionals in Quality Assurance & Testing.
- The QA & Testing Associate Analyst will be responsible for data validation testing for our external partner platforms.
- Reviewing Medicare plan benefits and rate testing to support accuracy of our Medicare product lines within multiple quote and enrollment platforms.
- Track / Log test cases to report defects for resolution.
