A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Machinist Operator

Position type :      Full Time, Contract

Duration :            3-6 months-could be hired full-time depending on future volume of work

Location :             Coleman Boulevard, Suite G , Savannah, GA, 31408

Shift :                 1st shift – 6 am-2 : 30 pm

As a Machinist Operator I - Bend, you will be :

• Produces bent tubes from raw material using a manual and automated bending machine, as well as programming data into a computer to meet the blueprint requirements.
• Interprets blueprints, work orders, setup sheets, and specifications applicable to a specific job. Ensures all documentation is accurate and specific to the job.
• Visual inspection of material to assure conformance.
• Performs machine setups per the requirements of the blueprint and acquires 1st pc pass.
• Visual inspection of produced parts to ensure conformance and no defects.
• Uses measuring tools as well as calculating for any corrections for data.
• Performs Vector process (scanning of bent tube) to assure data meets blueprint requirements.
• Performs daily check of the machine for leaks as well as daily cleaning.
• Maintains daily Quality and Safety standards .
