Procurement Analyst
Midwest Vision Partners is looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to support the daily operations of the Procurement department. This role is essential for maintaining accuracy and efficiency in our procure-to-pay process and will provide a great opportunity to learn the intricacies of the healthcare supply chain. The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual who is eager to contribute to a collaborative and growing team.
WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
- Support the entire procure-to-pay process, including the accurate creation and management of purchase orders (POs).
- Support the business and associated departments with routine procurement tasks
- Perform spend analysis and generate routine reports on key performance metrics to assist with decision-making.
- Assist in the research and data collection required for sourcing and vendor selection projects.
- Maintain and update accurate records for all supplier contracts, pricing agreements, and purchase history.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal inquiries related to purchasing, PO status, and vendor information.
- Support the vendor onboarding process by collecting and organizing required documentation.
- Help ensure that all procurement activities and records are in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

To be successful in this role you will have the following experience or knowledge :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Experience : 1-3 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role.
