Fitness Team Manager

A company is looking for a Team Manager for Female-Led Programs.

Key Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day execution and performance of assigned teams, ensuring quality standards are met

Serve as the primary liaison between the company and assigned coaches, fostering impactful relationships

Monitor team performance using metrics and feedback, translating insights into actionable guidance

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in business operations, program / project management, or account management

A current fitness certification (e.g., NASM, NSCA, ACE) or coaching experience

Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment

Comfortable using data to drive insights and improvements

Proactive and creative mindset with a willingness to learn new tools
