BAE Systems is seeking an exceptional, Program Manager for an exciting opportunity to support the Air Force's acquisition of the next generation Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM).
Tell me about this job. The program manager will work with a highly skilled team providing planning, scheduling and support to the government customer for major program integration & execution activities.
Candidate will provide program control support to the directorate with award fee, time certainty and affordability, scheduling, government furnished property management controls, facilities support, and baseline performance oversight to the program.
Provide critical coordination between the Execution Division and the Contracting Division to ensure Government contractual requirements are well planned and executed to program need and aligned to the acquisition strategy.

Why SENTINEL? The Sentinel Program is an enormous and complex Mega-Project modernizing the entire ICBM weapon system deployed across tens of thousands of square miles in five states.
Without any doubt, Sentinel is one of the DoD’s most important acquisition efforts for the next decade, if not longer. It includes a complete refurbishment of hundreds of aging Minuteman III ICBM facilities to secure and support a newly designed, technologically advanced ballistic missile.

In this position, you will provide direct support to a national security-critical weapon system throughout engineering development, deployment and sustainment.

ASFS
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
10 years relevant experience; 8 years with a master's degree.
Comprehensive knowledge regarding the performance management baseline, statement of work, work authorization documents, CAP, RAM and risk register.
Experience in the fundamentals of contract management from the development of acquisition requirements, solicitation / proposal, negotiation, contract formation, contract performance, and contract closeout.
Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence and MS Office applications.
Must have current Secret security clearance (adjudicated within the past 6 years) or higher and be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance and all required Special Program accesses.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Experience as a Control Account Manager.
Executive Leadership briefing experience.
Staffing coordination with Director / Commander Action Groups.
DoD contract incentive management and execution.
Outstanding planning, resource, and stakeholder manager.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range : $115110 - $195660
Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
