Work Shift : Night
The Senior Cardiac Surgery Nurse is responsible for assessing, coordinating, planning, and managing the needs of assigned patients throughout their care.
This includes implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments and procedures, and evaluating patient responses.
The role requires a graduate of a nursing program, current RN license, and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
Previous nursing assistance experience preferred. The candidate must possess the ability to improve job performance through continuing education and demonstrate knowledge of quality improvement principles.
