Behavior Technician
Health Advocates Network is seeking a Behavior Technician to work at a school district in Hemet, CA. This is a registry position with our company.

Various
May require split AM and PM shifts. Split shift hours may start as early as 5 am and end as late as 7 pm.
Minimum Qualifications :
Minimum one year (12 months) of experience as a Behavior Technician
A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
Duties :
Provide support and management for the implementation of behavior intervention plans under the direction of the BCBA.
Assist and provide guidance to teachers and other staff in the implementation of behavior intervention plans.
Assists and supports Teachers / programs with both classroom management and educational activities under direct supervision of BCBA.
As indicated by student need, provide monitoring and specialized direct care.
Provides behavioral (including physical restraints) and psycho-educational assistance to students engaging in severe problem behaviors.
Supports students daily routines, including eating, drinking, toileting (as needed).
Observe / Record data related to behavioral concerns to assess / monitor the progress of the student
Maintain appropriate records and student data.
Any other duties as assigned by the Superintendent of Schools or his / her designee.
Special Notes : These positions will support Special Education students on the bus and or within the classroom.
