We are looking for a driven and highly skilled Product Manager to lead Pizza Hut's digital app strategy and experience. As a Product Manager at Pizza Hut, you are the ultimate owner of the app experience.

Under the leadership of the Director of Digital Ordering Experience, you will drive meaningful app experiences that contribute to sales growth laddering into the organizational OKRs by collaborating with product, engineering, analytics, marketing, and others throughout the product development lifecycle.

The Product Manager will partner with stakeholders and cross functional teams to define strategic app initiatives, prioritize highest impact actions, and generate buy in to bring the initiatives to life.

The ideal Product Manager brings experience managing and enhancing digital mobile app experiences to drive sales growth, ideally within a large QSR or B2C ecommerce brand.

This role requires a strong sense of ownership, a deep understanding of and passion for customer centric mobile app experiences with a data driven approach to decision making, and a determination to achieve key outcomes.

Responsibilities Develop and own the Pizza Hut mobile app strategy, in partnership with product, analytics, and marketing leadership, to address key customer needs to drive digital conversions Accelerate and support the product discovery and definition of mobile app experiences in conjunction with cross-functional partners, translate work into requirements for further execution.

Develop and monitor key performance indicators that aid in the acceleration of ecommerce transactions within the mobile app Understand and identify APIs and systems that enable and enhance the full mobile experience while integrating with fulfillment systems and processes.

Oversee the development and implementation of mobile app products and experiences in tandem with managing the roadmap Monitor and analyze customer feedback, market data and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and new product development opportunities.

Define hypothesis for optimization of mobile app experiences and partner with a cross functional team to run experiments to validate them, reporting back to leadership the impact of the tests and recommendations for future iterations / next steps Partner with UX to conduct user research, competitive monitoring, and deep data analysis to stay up to date on best-in-class mobile app experiences and trends (within and outside of the QSR space) Translate optimization results and findings into clear and actionable recommendations through compelling analysis, storytelling, and presentations to cross-functional teams and leadership.

Communicate frequently amongst working team, stakeholders, and leadership teams about upcoming work, RAID analysis, optimization results and industry trends.

Knowledge & Skills Required Minimum 8-10 years of experience working with mobile apps, with a proven track record of driving digital transactions.

Mobile platform expertise : deep knowledge of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and best practices for building compelling mobile experiences Experience with personalization in the mobile app experience in context of managing loyalty programs.

Thorough understanding of desktop, mweb, and app technologies Strong understanding of technology and integrations (e.g. APIs, SDKs, etc.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and generate insights to drive growth Strong problem-solving skills with a bias for action and an ability to push for excellence amongst quick deadlines and competing priorities.

Experience with web and app analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and digital marketing platforms Experience with Agile environments and iterative delivery Experience with Jira, Rally, or other sprint tracking systems is ideal Hands on experience with conversion rate optimization tools (e.

g. Optimizely, Monetate) is a plus Experience with headless CMS platforms (e.g. Contentful, Content Stack, Storyblok) a plus Excellent communication and storytelling skills Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment and to adapt to new situations as they arise Ability to effectively communicate, inform, and influence senior leaders Ability to work cross-functionality on multiple initiatives with a successful record of advancing projects Salary Range : $140,900 to $160,000 annually + bonus eligibility.

This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
