Monday Friday 6 : 00am 2 : 30pm, occasional OT

Job Description : We are seeking an individual with basic Machine Operator knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some experience operating CNC machines, reading blueprints / schematics / engineering drawings, using calipers and micrometers, and must be willing to receive further training to advance in this field.
The candidate should also have strong mechanical aptitude and excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities - The right candidate will be trained to do the following :
- Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Read Calipers and Micrometers
- Monitor machines during operation to detect any malfunctions or defects.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience operating CNC machines.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude - "wrenching abilities" and the understanding of how things work and what needs to be done to make them work.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn!
