Hearing Instrument Specialist - Providence Hearing Center

Description Responsible for providing quality patient care and customer service by testing patient hearing, selling and dispensing hearing aids, and performing general maintenance of hearing aids.

Or equivalent educ / experience Coursework / Training A nine (9) month certificate program in hearing aid specialist instruction, from a board-approved program.

Upon hire : Washington Hearing Aid Specialist License (Vendor Managed) Preferred Qualifications : 2 years Customer service experience, particularly with dispensing hearing aids, is preferred.
