- Prepares weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly well-organized, easily understood reports, analysis, and summary of findings for use by management.
- Perform rigorous analyses on large, complex data sets and provide strategic insights, hypotheses, and conclusions based upon findings to leaders at all levels.
- Monthly presentation and overview that compliments monthly report for stakeholders.
- Monitors cases that come in Fair Work Week jurisdictions.
- Reviews / audits weekly case closures to ensure all documentation is attached in a case.
- Runs bi-weekly termination reports and reviews all cases citing termination and ensures all recommended employees were terminated in Workday.
- Prepares audits of closed cases and runs audit meetings.
- Prepare necessary presentations for Ethics, Compliance and Board meetings.
- Monitors team email box and disseminates accordingly.
- Responsible for team visuals, updating teams page on company platform, and shared drives and document retention.
- Works with and supports the legal team with agency claims and legal matters, as needed.
- Adhoc reporting, as needed.
