Job Description

- You will provide exemplary service to residents and team members.
- With general direction, you will perform routine maintenance and repairs (i.e. replace AC filters and light bulbs, repair and paint walls, clean common areas, etc.)
- Completion of basic apartment turn, troubleshoot and repair plumbing leaks, install and replace sinks, faucets, and toilets.
Troubleshoot and replace basic electrical components
- Install / repair / replace household appliances
- May assist vendor quality and may perform move-in / move-out inspections
- May provide functional / technical direction and training to Service Technicians and supports the development of technical skills
Qualifications
- 1-3 or more years of maintenance experience, preferably in some form of facilities or building environment or relevant training / education program.
- Basic-Proficient skills in two or more technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
As an AIR Service Technician, you must have :
- A reliable mode of transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on-call shifts (at least one week a month)
- Comfort with physical activity as you must be able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
