Home Health Registered Nurse
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team and provide comprehensive care to home health patients.
In this role, you will be responsible for admission, case management, and follow-up skilled nursing visits, as well as coordinating care with other healthcare personnel.
The ideal candidate will have strong med surg, ICU, ER, or acute care experience, along with a valid RN license, CPR certification, and reliable transportation.
Required Experience / Skills :
- Diploma, Associate or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
- Minimum of one year nursing experience preferred
- Home Health experience a plus
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
Pay Range : $69,800 - $96,200 per year
