- 协助Site Director进行运营与管理工作 Assist the Site Director in operational and management work.
- 参与并协助Site Director完成招生工作 Participate in and assist the Site Director in enrollment work.
- 参与教学教研并工作 督导教师团队 确保教学达到标准 Engage in teaching and curriculum development, supervise the teaching team, and ensure teaching standards are met.
- 参与制定并执行运营策略 优化校区运营效率 Participate in formulating and implementing operational strategies to optimize campus operational efficiency.
- 协调内外部资源 推动校区发展 Coordinate internal and external resources to drive campus development.
任职要求 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历 教育相关专业背景优先 Bachelor’s degree or above, background in education or related fields preferred.
- 具备教育行业从业经验 具有较强的组织协调能力 Experience in the education industry with strong organizational and coordination skills.
- 熟悉教学流程和教育法规 有良好的教学观念和指导能力 Familiar with teaching processes and educational regulations, possessing good teaching concepts and guidance capabilities.
- 身心健康 工作态度认真负责 具备团队合作精神 Physically and mentally healthy, diligent and responsible work attitude, with a spirit of teamwork.
- 出色的沟通与表达能力 善于解决问题 并具备一定应变能力 Excellent communication and expression skills, adept at problem-solving, and possesses adaptability.
- 具备管理经验者优先考虑 Candidates with management experience will be given preference.

- 年综合薪酬6W至10W 底薪+绩效+招生奖金 The annual comprehensive salary ranges from 60,000 to 100,000, inclusive of base salary, performance bonuses, and enrollment incentives.
