We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to help us continue our rapid growth.
Job Overview : This part-time role is perfect for someone currently in school or recently graduated, with potential for a future full-time position.
You will manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, ensuring engaging content and a disciplined posting schedule.

Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow the podcast’s social media presence across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Edit and post engaging video content quickly and efficiently.
- Brainstorm creative topics, hooks, and prompts for social media posts.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule to ensure ongoing engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies that align with the podcast’s goals.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust content strategies to stay relevant.
Requirements :
- Previous experience managing and growing a social media audience of at least 50,000 subscribers (this could be for a personal brand or a company).
- Proficiency in video editing and a deep understanding of what works on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Ability to brainstorm and implement creative ideas for content.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a disciplined and consistent posting schedule.
- Flexible schedule, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
