Construction Manager - Construction Safety And Health Professional

We are seeking a motivated Construction Manager (CM-CSHP) with experience in Construction Safety and Health Programs to join our team on a major VA Construction Project at the VA Medical Center in Butler, PA. The Construction Manager will report to a Program Manager as well as collaborate and assist VA client staff to provide data, and generate reports, as a representative for the client on a major construction project.

Responsibilities :

This list is not considered all-inclusive and may be modified in the specific task orders. The CM services will be used to support a Design / Build construction contract and other project-supporting contracts.

• Pre-Design / Design Phase
• Scheduling
• Planning
• Value Engineering
• Constructability and Phasing Review
• Construction Period Phase
• Establishing temporary field offices
• Monitoring project financial data and budgetary cost accounting
• Construction Phase scheduling
• Progress Meetings
• Assisting in issue resolution.
• Testing and Inspection Services
• Commissioning
• Performing additional construction-related services
• Claims Analysis and Resolution Services
