Job Description
We are seeking an energetic, experienced and motivated individual to service our existing personal lines clients. This individual will be responsible for reviewing existing customer accounts, reviewing coverages and conducting renewal reviews.
The position will also include assisting with billing inquiries, underwriting memos, documentation, etc.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their current policies, benefits, claims, etc.
- Review existing policies, coverage limits, evaluate replacement costs, process policy changes, etc.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken in the agency management system
- Establish and develop strong client relationships to maintain agency retention and client loyalty
Qualifications
- Hold a North Carolina Property and Casualty Insurance license
- Minimum of two years personal lines insurance experience
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and underwriting procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in technology including Microsoft Office and agency management systems
