Job Summary :

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Front-End Staff Engineer with expertise in React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS to become a part of our innovative engineering brigade.

The chosen candidate will craft and hone exceptional user experiences and front-end architecture, clearly communicate across teams and stakeholders, and mentor fellow engineers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Spearhead the architectural design, development, and refinement of robust, scalable front-end applications.
• Assure the highest standards of performance, quality, responsiveness, and accessibility in the applications developed.
• Identify and rectify bottlenecks and bugs; devise effective solutions to prevent recurrence of these issues.
• Foster a culture of code quality, organization, and automation within the team.
• Engage collaboratively with team members on large-scale projects, ensuring a seamless interchange of ideas and solutions.
• Offer technical leadership, encompassing code reviews and mentorship to junior developers.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in React, with a good understanding of its core principles and architecture.
• Proven experience as a Front-End Staff Engineer or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Proficiency in the frontend fundamentals (HTML, CSS) and TypeScript with ES6.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, and experience with modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines (we use Github Actions).
• Strong desire to work smart, keeping up with innovations that increase efficient, quality product development.

The salary range is $140,000- $150,000. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
