Mississippi Licensed Special Counsel

A company is looking for a Special Counsel with a focus on labor and employment law.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal counsel on labor and employment law matters

Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigation

Manage and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of labor and employment law experience

Licensed to practice law in Mississippi; additional licenses in Tennessee, Louisiana, or Arkansas are a plus

Excellent academic credentials

Experience in managing legal cases and client relationships

Ability to work remotely or from the Memphis office
