As a Service Advisor , you will create a world-class automotive retail experience by thoughtfully assessing the wants and needs of your guests in the service department.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Establish and maintain strong positive working relationships and loyalty with customers to encourage repeat and referral business allowing for long-term clientele
Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
Oversee administration of warranty claims as well as training and supervising of service department
Distribute work between technicians efficiently
Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
Effectively communicate to the customer the timeline of repair and maintenance
Follow-up with progress calls and / or emails to customers regarding any changes in the estimate or pick-up time
Resolve customer complaints and questions
QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience
Highline dealership preferred
Excellent follow-through skills
Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations
Fantastic communication skills
Consistent record of service and sales success
Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
Ability to be analytical, problem solve and multi-task
Team oriented and self-motivated
Experience with CDK preferred
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
COMPENSATION :
The Service Advisor Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.
00 and $16.00. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.
00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.
00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
Monthly Pay Range : $2,773 - $12,000.
