Stocking / Sanitation Lead (Warehouse Clerk) | Location : Salt Lake City, UT 84104 Compensation : $18-20 per hour| Full-Time Schedule : Monday-Friday, 6am-2 : 30pm The community you will be a part of is our corporate dining within bioMrieux an innovative company that had pioneered an easy-to-use, sample-to-answer, and comprehensive molecular approach to infectious disease diagnostics.

Job Summary Help keep our food service operations running smoothly! As a Stocking / Sanitation Lead (Warehouse Clerk) you'll play a key role in receiving, organizing, and distributing food and supplies that support patient care. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to make a difference behind the scenes, we'd love to have you on our team.

What You'll Do Receive and inspect incoming food and supply shipments for the kitchen, verifying accuracy and condition Record inventory transactions in the warehouse system, including receiving, stocking, and shipping Store items properly, following temperature, rotation, and sanitation guidelines Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies Report variances to Chefs / department manager, including damages, defects, and missing items Assemble and package orders for delivery or pickup Keep storage areas clean, organized, and safe Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts Follow safety protocols, including PPE use and safe handling procedures Help with food prep and serving on the line during service (as a float) Other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring High school diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of inventory procedures (receiving, stocking, shipping) Adherence to strict sanitation and food safety protocols Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Clear communication skills and ability to follow instructions Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods Flexibility, including a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and food handling standards ServSafe or State Food Handler Card required

Physical and Sensory Requirements This job involves regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and a kitchen environment with fumes, airborne particles, and moderate noise. Employees must have the physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift trays, and perform repetitive tasks. Occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions, extreme temperatures, and vibration may occur. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
