Job Summary and Qualifications

The Float Pool Nurse works in collaboration with other members of the healthcare team to coordinate care from admission to discharge, resulting in quality outcomes, patient safety and high patient satisfaction. The Float RN is to perform patient care under the direction of the Nurse Manager / Director in the following departments : Med / Surg, PCU, ICU, ED, Infusion, Stress or PACU.

What qualifications you will need :

Graduate of Professional School of Nursing, BSN or ADN required

ENPC & PALS within 1 year of hire

2+ years critical care required (ICU, ED, PACU)

Missouri RN Licensure;

Current BLS

ACLS w / in 90 days of hire

TNCC OR ATCN within 1 year of hire
