Clear Employer Services is assisting with the recruiting of an Executive Assistant for a Philadelphia based non-profit organization.

The position is a full-time, onsite role supporting the CEO and Executive Leaders in the organization. The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.

The normal hours for the position are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. The individual selected for this position will need to have scheduling flexibility to support extended hours and / or weekends as needed.

  • Responsibilities : Supporting the CEO & the Executive Team Supporting day-to day administrative operations Manage Outlook calendar Support special projects, events, and board of director operations Manage the organization calendar Supervise the administrative assistants Manage office operations and meetings Provide back-up for the reception area Coordinate, budgeting, and ordering of office supplies Coordinate and attend board meetings Qualifications & Experience : High school diploma or GED required;
  • associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience Non-Profit and / or Community Youth Services Experience preferred Essential Functions and Requirements : Excellent professional oral and written communication skills;
