WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

Supports the service team by maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked dining environment to ensure seamless and elevated guest experiences. Assists with table setup, clearing, and resetting while anticipating the needs of both guests and servers. Plays a key role in the overall pace and efficiency of restaurant operations.

Pay Rate : $16.50

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Minimum 6 months of prior food & beverage or customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, luxury hospitality etiquette, and fine dining preferred.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds and ensure satisfaction.
• Basic math skills required, including the ability to accurately handle guest checks and process payments.
• Completion of required training as scheduled.
• Familiarity with POS systems preferred; must be able to learn and operate restaurant technology efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to stay calm and professional in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
• Ability to read and interpret service standards, safety protocols, and operating procedures. Must be fluent in English for communication with guests and team.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative service team.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid food handler's card required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
