Responsibilities of the FP&A Analyst
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Analyze and report on key financial and operational metrics, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Collaborate with various teams to prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- The FP&A analyst will assist in identifying trends, opportunities, and risks to help in strategic planning and decision-making.
- Support investment analysis, including project valuation and capital allocation.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and analysis to address business needs.
- You will work closely with our Finance team and cross-functional partners to provide valuable insights and analysis, helping us achieve our sustainability goals and drive growth.
Qualifications for the FP&A Analyst :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the construction or development industry.
- The FP&A Analyst will possess strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in financial modeling.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
