• 15 - 18 shifts monthly days and nights with 12-hour and 24-hour options
• 30 patients per day average 20 during day shifts, 10 - 15 during nights
• Non-acute emergency department setting
• No APP support available
• Average monthly volume 850 - 900 visits
• Goal 4-day length of stay for admitted patients
• Low patient leave-without-being-seen rate of 0.4%
