Your Role
United Water Restoration offers a competitive hourly rate of $18 - $22 for Restoration Technicians, depending on experience and a comprehensive benefits package.

The Restoration Technician is the first responder to property loss situations and is responsible for mitigating damage in residential and commercial structures.
Technicians perform water damage mitigation, structural board-up, on-location cleaning, and microbial remediation.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Water extraction and mitigation
- Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration
- Microbial remediation
- Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard cleanup
- Demolition
- Structural board-up and site stabilization
- On-location cleaning
- Equipment setup, monitoring, and breakdown
- Field management and supervision of temporary labor personnel
- Maintain a clean and organized appearance of the vehicle, equipment, materials, and consumables on the job site and in the warehouse at all times
- Manage and maintain inventories of all equipment, materials, consumables, and tools
- Participate in the UWRG Emergency Mitigation On-Call Rotation
- Complete all necessary paperwork, including daily progress reports, moisture logs, safety logs, and diagrams
- Provide the highest level of customer service
- Adhere to all company best practices
- Perform all other duties or projects as assigned
Qualifications / Experience
- Experience in the restoration industry (water, fire, and mold) is required
- IICRC accreditations for fire & smoke, water damage, and microbial remediation are preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work professionally with others
- Valid and current driver's license
- Successful completion of a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening
