We are looking for warm, genuine and thoughtful hosts to join our team, who can provide our guests with top-tier hospitality and an unforgettable experience.
The ideal candidate would possess the following skills :
- A minimum of one year of host experience in a casual fine dining, or fine dining environment.
- Strong Organizational skills
- An incredible sense of urgency.
- The ability to anticipate guests' service needs.
- A positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with SeatMe and / or OpenTable is a plus
- Full & open availability is preferred. Flexible schedules can be accommodated.
Major Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests
- Present menus to guest
- Create and organize wait lists
- Manage floor plan
- Answer phone and answer any questions regarding the menu and restaurant
- Interact with guests as they leave the restaurant in order to ensure a positive dining experience
Essential Physical Requirements
- Standing during the entire scheduled shift
- Reaching, bending, and stooping frequently
- Be able to carry up to 15 lbs.
