1st Shift Monday-Friday 8am-4 : 30pm

2nd Shift 4pm-Midnight

3rd Shift Midnight-8 : 30am

We are hiring a Bilingual Spanish-Production Line Lead to join our team! You will supervise production line and may operate machinery and equipment, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

The Production Line Lead is responsible for operating and monitoring production line equipment to ensure quality products are manufactured in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and GMP standards, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES :

• Operate machinery as trained, including conveyors, case erectors, labelers, and other     line equipment.
• Ensure quality of product moving through the line and onto pallets.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks requiring standing for long periods of time.
• Push and pull pallets of boxes, bottles, and finished products.
• Perform repetitive motions efficiently while working on the line.
• Always Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPS).
• Complete basic paperwork, including reading pallet patterns and performing simple math.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Ensure the components on the line are accurate and available according to the bill of material.
• Ensure equipment and line areas are properly cleaned for the next shift.
• Uphold quality and safety standards for all finished products.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Lead or Production Supervisor.
• Great attention to detail, people skills, the aptitude to learn new equipment and multitask

Work Experience Requirements

Other requirements :

$19-21 per hour, varies per shift
