About this role :
OneGuide is creating a category, and thought leadership content and community building are a big part of our strategy. This role will sit at the intersection of our expert network, or portfolio ops leader community, and our marketing efforts.
What you’ll do :
Write expert content and manage expert profiles
Onboard new experts, including interviewing them to ghostwrite expert “guides” (~3,000 word content pieces, leveraging AI tools for efficiency, with skilled human interviewing and editing)
Turn expert guides into slides for presentations, with the help of AI tools like Gamma
Keep profiles of existing experts up-to-date (including checking in with experts and making updates to profiles in our system)
Track and follow-up on project introductions to collect feedback, ratings, and referral fees
Capture “value creation stories” (case studies of successful projects)
Manage community and events
Own comms and engagement for our community of 200+ portfolio operations leaders, including newsletters, featured resource emails, and (soon) our Slack channel
Run virtual network events (usually 3 / month) including coordinating with experts on presentation content, managing event announcements / marketing, and packaging recap materials
Run in-person meetup events (usually 1 / quarter) in different cities - requires occasional travel
Content Marketing
Own a content calendar including our “marquee” content pieces (below) as well as more frequent emails, events announcements, and LinkedIn posts
Help produce our “marquee” content (research, analysis, and writing), including :
Annual “State of Portfolio Ops Report”
Manage LinkedIn advertising, including our existing “thought leadership” ads (promoting the founders posts), as well as future traditional LinkedIn ads
What we’re looking for :
Strong writing, interviewing, and editing skills
Email marketing experience (both crafting email content, and campaigns in email automation tools)
Experience producing and coordinating events
Experience with research and data analysis (i.e. building out datasets, cutting insights in excel, and turning those into reports)
Project management skills with experience running a content calendar and juggling multiple deadlines
Comfortable with technology and eager to experiment with AI tools and automation to scale impact
People-oriented and relationship-driven, able to build trust with experts and community members
Entrepreneurial and adaptable, thrives in a small, fast-moving team environment
Bonus : Experience with LinkedIn Ads
Denver-based, with ability to work in-office four days per week and travel occasionally for events
Logistics
Compensation for this role is $100,000 per year, with company-sponsored healthcare.
This role is Denver-based, with four days per week in our RiNo office and remote work flexibility on Fridays. Our typical in-office hours are 8 : 30-5 : 30.
