job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCollaborate with payment service providers (PSPs) on integrations, compliance, risk management, and documentation. Partner with Sales and Finance teams to refine cost structures, revenue streams, and monetization of payment products. Work with Legal on compliance items including KYC, AML checks, OFAC, chargebacks, and reporting. Coordinate with Design, Growth, and Product teams to understand user needs and deliver payments-related features. Drive execution on both existing challenges and new initiatives, such as : Fraud and risk mitigation strategies. Planning and executing an upcoming Treasury product launch. Backend : Ruby on Rails monolith, GraphQL JSON API Database : MySQL relational database Frontend : Next.js web app powering checkout Payment processing : Stripe, Checkout.com, Adyen, Sezzle, Splitit, Coinbase Commerce, PayPal Payouts : MassPay Risk / Fraud / KYC : Sardine, Veriff Salary : $200K Equity : $800K at today’s valuation Visa sponsorship : Not available On-site policy : 5 days per week in Brooklyn, NY office (strong preference); exceptional candidates in Palo Alto considered.
