Key job responsibilities include : - Assisting clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Responding to customer feedback and addressing any concerns or complaints - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience - Collaborating with other team members to share knowledge and improve processes - Staying up-to-date with company products and services to provide accurate information to clients - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics to ensure customer service goals are met To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications : - Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience - High school diploma or equivalent;
