Perkins Coie is seeking a midlevel real estate associate to join our Real Estate & Land Use practice group. This position is open to multiple offices.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant transactional real estate experience is required for consideration. The successful candidate is also required to have an excellent law school academic record, superior legal writing and drafting skills, and an enthusiasm for the practice of real estate law.

Successful candidates will also demonstrate an attention to detail, strong work ethic, commitment to client service, and an ability to work well in a team environment.

Our Real Estate & Land Use practice focuses on acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, construction & development, financing, and real estate investment across a wide variety of property types and industry sectors.

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid Holidays, and family care benefits.

Compensation range : $260,000 to $390,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
