Missouri Licensed Call Center Agent

A company is looking for a Remote Outbound Call Center Agent.

Key Responsibilities

Receive in-depth training and be assigned to one of four teams calling on behalf of clients

Make 16-24 completed calls per hour using predictive dialing equipment and a provided script

Secure financial gifts from donors and maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong general employment record

Dedicated wired internet connection

A quiet place to work at home free from normal household interruptions

Basic computer skills

Commitment and enthusiasm for charitable and non-profit causes
